What We Do
As an Amplify Partner you’ll work as part of a highly motivated and operationally-driven team, closely collaborate with Product Engineers, and work with Deployment Strategists in the field to identify opportunities for both our clients and Palantir. Our mission is to drive self-sufficiency amongst our clients, ensure they’re able to build momentum developing use cases in Foundry, and derive maximum business value from the Palantir partnership.
Amplify Partners are strategic and empathetic communicators who are able to manage client accounts and relationships. Our strengths include the ability to identify gaps in the product and internal operations, build effective and scalable solutions to address these gaps, and execute across a variety of responsibilities. We strive to create paths forward for our clients to ensure they’re supported in their digital transformation. We each own multiple client accounts, and if you join us you can expect to as well.As an Amplify Partner, you can expect to:Own client relationships and be the end-to-end operational interface between these clients and PalantirBe responsible for enabling the client’s autonomy and promoting self-growth alongside Palantir EngineersWork with multiple internal teams to build new service offerings and fine-tune existing servicesIdentify opportunities for, and lead the execution of, the sale of additional services to clientsGather insights and pain points to feed back to Product Development teams, and collaborate on new developments to ensure it suits our clients’ needsLead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs and to ensure it is being used widely enough to have concrete impact on our partners’ operationsWhat We ValuePrior experience in high growth operations, account management, project management, and/or program managementAppetite for building processes, documenting them, and sharing successes to drive the team forwardAn adaptive communication style to suit a variety of audiences, including discussing technical requirements and solutions with internal and client engineering teamsDemonstrated ability to prioritize competing business needs, manage deadlines, and proactively manage business stakeholdersAbility to effectively manage projects (using task-tracking applications like JIRA, Asana) and coordinate with Palantir engineers for end-to-end implementationAbility to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismExperience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plusPalantir is committed to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
