The Role
Palantir Technologies’ Proposal and Capture Strategy Team, and public sector sales and marketing functions, seek a versatile Administrative Assistant to support and execute on critical initiatives across the teams. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in a range of centralized functions that support these teams, including but not limited to document administration, team-wide calendaring, event and in-office coordination, vendor management and targeted project assistance.
Throughout your work, you take initiative, operate with resourcefulness, and execute quickly and effectively. You enjoy helping others and can think three steps ahead to anticipate any additional needs. You are impeccably organized, excellent at time management, and extremely detail-oriented. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are passionate about building trust with other members of the team through reliable and consistent bias towards action. Most importantly, you have a true desire to be helpful and go above and beyond to solve challenges.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute administrative workflows, processes and procedures, looking for ways to continuously improve and drive efficiency.Document processing, including drafting, formatting, finalizing, and filing.Create and maintain trackers for documents and resources.Provide targeted support for ad hoc projects.Build cross-functional relationships between departments.Team scheduling, including event planning and budget management.Coordinate international and domestic travel.Team expense and legal vendor on-boarding management.What We Value3+ years of administrative or team support experience.Ability to pivot quickly, anticipate needs, and execute autonomously, with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and have a high sense of urgency.Ability to collaborate and support team outcomes using effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the people and businesses operations you support (some nights/weekends may be required).Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite.Palantir is committed to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
