The Role:

The EMEA Head of Campus Recruitment will be responsible for managing all aspects of campus recruiting in the region. The individual will partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure the campus attraction and engagement strategy and programs meet the needs of the firm and the stu
dent recruitment market. 

The EMEA Head of Campus Recruitment will manage a small team of recruiters in a fast-paced, global environment. In addition to having regional responsibilities,  the individual will partner closely with counterparts globally to ensure a consistent, best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders.  

The ability to multi-task and prioritise is essential and the ideal candidate will be adept at operating in a matrix, global  environment. 

Responsibilities:
•    Plan and execute the Campus Recruitment strategy for EMEA
•    Partner with business stakeholders (regional and global) and HR stakeholders to determine intern and graduate talent needs 
•    Lead recruitment kick-off and interview skills sessions for all businesses
•    Monitor candidate pipelines and make interventions as necessary
•    Data analysis, reporting, and the ability to leverage data to inform the recruitment strategy 
•    Partner with the Employer Brand team to develop marketing materials, job descriptions, presentations, etc.
•    Plan, execute, and attend recruitment events in the UK and Continental Europe
•    Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to manage the offer and new hire/onboarding process into all campus programs
•    Oversee the summer internship program, including onboarding, training, events, offboarding, conversion offer process
•    Actively participate and contribute to process improvement, projects and initiatives including systems implementation and testing, and participation in relevant working groups
•    Keep abreast of trends in the student recruitment market 
•    Manage and direct the work of the Campus Recruitment team
