The DEI Analyst will be a critical team member of the global DEI team, which designs and drives the implementation of our global DEI Strategy. The DEI Analyst will support strategic initiatives and partner closely with senior leaders in the team to produce review and discussion documents, prepare relevant deep dive analyses as well as synthesize external DEI benchmarking data. Given the scope of this role, the candidate will need strong communications and analytical skills. The candidate will be supported by fellow colleagues in a highly collaborative work culture.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate DEI related memos and presentations
Translate and summarize data into written reports, tables, and charts to illustrate key findings and insights into management presentations
Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to drive to deeper insights
Conduct research on external DEI benchmark data, including industry and company reports
Collaborate with colleagues to help synthesize key themes for presentations
Support the global DEI team including, but not limited to, the global Head of DEI, and global DEI Leadership Team
Experience & Qualifications
1 – 2 years of experience within HR / DEI preferred
Demonstrated passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Ability to effectively establish relationships with internal and external clients, including employee network leaders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to visualize data well and generate impactful presentations
Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Excel and MS applications
Organized and detail-oriented

Our hybrid work pilot
