About this role

En tant que Chef de Projets, vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets de déploiement des solutions eFront. Vos qualités organisationnelles, votre efficacité et votre polyvalence seront des atouts indispensables pour vous permettre de mener à bien plusieurs projets à la fois dans l’espace européen. Vous devrez également faire preuve d’excellentes capacités relationnelles avec vos correspondants internes et externes afin de délivrer les projets dans le budget et les temps impartis.
L’application eFront ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) est une solution web hautement personnalisable qui est utilisée par plus de 100 clients à travers le monde dans les secteurs de l’Assurance, de la Banque et de l’Industrie et des services. La principale mission de l’équipe services professionnels d’eFront ERM est de paramétrer l’application et de configurer les rapports associés conformément aux spécifications transmises par les chefs de projets et les consultants métiers, ou transmises directement par les clients eux-mêmes.
Poste basé à Paris.
Principales responsabilités :

Supervision complète du projet de déploiement de la solution eFront ERM et gestion des éléments clés incluant le périmètre, les tâches projet, les ressources, le planning et le budget

Identifier les jalons du projet et construire le planning prévisionnel détaillé. Gérer et communiquer sur les éventuels changements par rapport au planning initial.
Superviser et contrôler les projets tout en sachant identifier, suivre, gérer, réduire et résoudre les problèmes et les risques éventuels – et en effectuant un reporting d’activité permanent aussi bien interne qu’externe.
Gérer les réunions projet et collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe pour arriver à la fédérer et parvenir à un consensus sur les sujets importants
Communiquer sur les exigences et orienter les attentes pour que l’ensemble de l’équipe et les partenaires tiennent leur rôle dans la réussite globale du projet.
Diriger les ateliers, identifier et documenter les exigences client, rédiger les spécifications.
Participer au paramétrage et à la configuration de l’application conformément aux attentes client.
Travailler étroitement avec les consultants et les développeurs pendant les phases de design et de déploiement.
Gérer la documentation projet telle que les SOWs, le reporting hebdomadaire, les tickets d’incidents, le temps d’analyse
Analyser/estimer les coûts du projet et les coûts prévisionnels
Gérer les relations avec les responsables côté client en veillant à répondre à leurs attentes et en assurant une communication régulière. Savoir escalader les alertes éventuelles
Gérer les interactions entre les équipes internes (notamment l’équipe produit pour les demandes de développement)
Assurer la coordination avec les équipes de développement interne
Définir et assurer le suivi du planning et la qualité des livraisons
Participer au cycle de vente en élaborant et en présentant l’offre de service aux prospects

Qualités et expérience requise

Ecole d’ingénieur ou Bac +5
Déploiement de solution logicielle paramétrable
Expérience réussie à la fois dans la gestion de projet complexe et dans la gestion de projets multiples
Bonnes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles pour coordonner les équipes internes et externes
Communication, qualités relationnelles et goût pour le travail en équipe
Capacité à prioriser et coordonner les activités associées à tous les aspects de l’applications : livrables, certificat, tests, reporting et déploiement
Contact et présentation client
Flexibilité et adaptation
Une expérience dans la technologie des services financiers (assurance et banque) est un plus
Une expérience dans les domaines de la gestion du risque, du contrôle ou de l’audit est un plus
Compétences techniques approfondies, comme le développement applicatif, SQL, scripting…
Certification en gestion de projet telle que PMBOK, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prince 2

As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for Project Delivery and Management of eFront’s solutions. You would be expected to be organized and efficient, leading multiple projects across Europe at any given time. The highest level of interpersonal skills will be required to handle internal as well as external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
The eFront Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) application is a web-based highly configurable application used by >100 eFront clients in insurance, banking and industrial sectors, worldwide. eFront ERM’s professional services team’s main purpose is to accurately setup these configurations both on the applicative and reporting aspects in regard of specifications provided by project managers and business consultants, or directly by client representatives themselves.
Based in Paris office.

Main responsibilities:

Effective overall responsibility for project delivery and management of key elements including scope, work, resources, timelines and budget for eFront ERM solution
Identify target achievements and build detailed project plans. Lead and communicate all deviations from plan
Monitor and control projects by actively identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating and resolving project issues and risks – provide the requested internal and external reporting
Conduct project meetings, collaborate with project team members to build consensus on meaningful issues
Communicate requirements and actively set & lead expectations to ensure all team members and partners are accountable for their role in the project’s overall success
Lead workshops, to identify and document detailed customer requirements, and to write specifications
Participate to perform the parameterization and configuration of the eFront ERM solution to meet client expectations
Work closely with consultants and developers during the design and implementation phases
Manage project documentation such as SOWs, weekly status reports, issue/risk logs, time analyses
Analyse/estimate project costs and forecasts
Manage key stakeholders on customer side by setting appropriate expectations, ensure proper communication and manage potential escalations
Manage interactions with internal teams (product team for enhancement requests)
Ensure coordination between internal development teams
Defining and following up on the schedule and the quality of the deliverables
Participate into the sales cycle to build and present services value proposition to prospects.

Required skills and experience:

Bachelor or master’s degree
Hands-on packaged software implementation experience
Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated projects and multiple projects at once
Good interpersonal skills to enable clear articulation while working with internal and external clients
Communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and coordinate activities associated with all aspects of application packaging requirements, certification, testing, reporting and deployment.
Client facing and presentation skills
Flexibility and resourcefulness
Prior experience in financial services (insurance, banking) technology is a plus
Prior experience in Risk, Control or Audit Management domain is a plus
Technical skills, such as application development, SQL, scripting…
Project management qualifications useful, for example, PMBOK, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prince2.
