Role Description:

Within BlackRock’s US Wealth Advisory, Client Marketing defines the strategy to reach targeted financial advisors through multi-channel campaigns and help drive product adoption.  We share insights and portfolio guidance on how our products and solutions can serve their end clients.  Our aim is to engage advisors so that they are ready for conversations with our sales organization or offer a digital experience that enables them to self-service.

We are looking for a digital marketer to join our team to help promote iShares ETFs on our website and paid/owned media to drive consideration and adoption by US financial advisors in their client portfolios.  This person will work cross functionally with product, strategy, digital, and publishing partners to build an effective user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and strategy partners on digital content that effectively tells our iShares narratives and share on web properties to drive engagement. 
Identify target client populations and align paid/owned media (display, search, email, etc.)  to attract qualified traffic to our website. 
Project manage ongoing website enhancements, including content development, compliance review and publishing.
Build, maintain and improve triggered emails and web banners to guide clients through the buying journey.
Conduct web analysis and make recommendations on ways to optimize layouts and language to increase conversion rates.
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor and track performance against KPIs.
Participate in high-performance team culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, innovation, testing and learning, and quantifiable impact.

Knowledge/Experience:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
Ideal candidates are data-driven marketers with background in B2B or B2C campaign planning and execution.
Analytical skills to regularly test & learn, interpret campaign data and metrics
Ability to work collaboratively and partner on projects
Writing and editing abilities for web, banner and email copy
Interest or affinity with financial services
Experience working with marketing automation systems such as Oracle Eloqua or Marketo and web analytics systems such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
