Diversity Recruiting Partner
BlackRock’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Diversity Recruiting Partner to help drive our Talent Acquisition strategy with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The Diversity Recruiting Partner will support strategic partnerships and ensure diverse candidate pools across a broad spectrum of roles. In this role, you will help us to deliver a strategic roadmap to drive positive recruitment outcomes with a specific lens on underrepresented groups.

The Role
The DEI Team for Talent Acquisition is responsible for partnering internally and externally to identify and engage outstanding underrepresented talent across segments including Corporate Functions, Investments, and Technology. We also undertake strategic projects to enhance hiring practices across BlackRock. In this role, you are expected to build relationships with organizations and candidates for current and future hiring needs. To accomplish this, you will collaborate with diversity focused organizations as well as BlackRock’s employee networks. The successful candidate will be a creative, flexible, adaptable, team-player with the ability to represent our mission with HR colleagues, key business partners, and external organizations.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Handle a portfolio of partnerships with diversity focused organizations

Conduct outreach through marketing and sourcing strategies across the portfolio of partnerships

Plan and execute events to help underrepresented candidates discover BlackRock as an employer of choice

Support strategic projects focused on equitable and inclusive hiring practices

Maintain recruiting resources library and field inbound inquires from internal clients and partners

Collaborate with the sourcing team with the aim of diversifying talent pipelines

To accomplish the above, our team collaborates closely with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team, external diversity organizations, BlackRock’s employee networks, and the broader Talent Acquisition team at BlackRock. You will be supported by fellow colleagues in a highly collaborative work culture. The Diversity Recruiting Partner successful in this role is an organized, entrepreneurial thinker that thrives in a fast-paced environment alongside a hardworking team.

Experience & Qualifications

1 – 2 years of experience within HR, recruiting experience preferred

Demonstrated passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Ability to effectively establish relationships with internal and external clients, including recruiters, sourcing partners, and employee network leaders

Experience using digital recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Workday, or Beamery preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to generate concise proposals, plans and presentations

Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Excel and MS applications

Organized and detail-oriented
