You will learn the business and culture – and so, with that context, you are able to provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders and teams in our Atlanta office and to our global Data and Platform Solutions team. 

The ideal candidate has a passion for solving complex challenges and gets excited about leveraging to address talent priorities. You will work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as talent development, employee relations, culture, and diversity, in addition to managing annual talent processes. This is a great opportunity to be a change agent in a fast-paced, growing, environment.

We’ll trust you to:

Play a role in the design and execution of talent projects in support of our business strategy and operational priorities for our Atlanta office, as well as for the global Data and AI teams.
Provide advice and guidance on various topics including performance management, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, coaching, and talent reviews to our leaders and managers in the groups you support.
Work on high-impact engagement activities, with an emphasis on employee experience and design and execute a DEI strategy that is relevant to the teams and businesses in Atlanta, as well as globally relevant to the Data and AI teams
Partner with managers and recruiting to develop hiring plans that support business objectives and advance business priorities.
Support the business through organizational changes and development as needed.

Your clients and colleagues will depend on you to:

Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose, and strategy of the business – and articulate a talent strategy and deliver HR services to meet the objectives
Establish effective partnerships with business leaders to influence talent decisions by providing tailored advice and leveraging expertise for specific business needs.
Drive informed decision-making by using data to identify trends; work with business leaders to determine the root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
Partner with HR functional teams such as Employee Relations, Compensation Talent Acquisition, etc.  to execute on business priorities and identify solutions.
Ensure alignment of people practices and HR initiatives deployed across our various office locations

You need to have:

At least 7 – 10 years of HR business partner or generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high growth environment working closely with leaders and employees.
Ability to use data analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data.
Demonstrated experience influencing and building strong and trusted relationships and networks.
Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence in a fast paced, global corporate environment, commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, along with the ability to articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly that are delivered with simplicity, authenticity and empathy.
Demonstrated ability to inspire trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients together with a reputation for high personal integrity.
