The Aladdin Wealth Tech (AWT) business maximizes the same analytics framework used by Institutional investors to equip wealth management clients with business & risk management, and portfolio construction & analytics capabilities. Aladdin Wealth Enterprise (AWE) team within the AWT business is partnering with wealth managers to enhance their value proposition to their end clients, create rigor and scale in their investment, distribution, wealth advisory process and grow their businesses in a differentiated way.

Senior Executives, Business Heads, Relationship Managers, Investment Counselors, Project Managers, Private Bankers, Retail Financial Advisors and Product Specialists at all levels of Wealth Management and Securities Firm organizations. In this role, you will
Serve as a trusted mid-level advisor and consultant to our clients, aiming to identify, understand, and influence business case to drive wealth business transformation.

Key Responsibilities include:

Client opportunity: Develop deep relationships with senior clients (engage at C-Suite level and decision makers) to influence top-down & bottoms-up client Engagement, Adoption of our tools/analytics across various level of users and drive client organizations Commercialize the advisory practice (“EAC”)
Commercial opportunity: Generate sustainable new revenue through Aladdin Wealth. Strategize and lead the stakeholder navigation at both prospective and existing client organisations with decision makers and operate as a significant valued member of our Singapore and South East Asia business. Conduct and drive efforts in response to market events and industry trends, and influence data analytics projects to enable portfolio construction capabilities at wealth management firms
Dedication to build: Operate as a strong contributing platform member within the 1Aladdin organization to develop the Wealth business in a focused manner.
Product influence: Leverage commercial and strategic inputs to build compelling business case to wealth technology product and engineering leaders based on client feedback. Work closely with AWT leaders to ensure alignment between commercial vision, and overall platform technology strategy of Aladdin Wealth for the region.
Cross functional engagement: Lead client engagement and sales team focused on driving EAC and new business development across SG/SEA market to gain commercial opportunities working closely with regional and global AWT leadership and subject-matter specialists..

Desired Qualifications:

Outstanding track-record as a platform and business solution lead with measurable impacts and tangible achievements in wealth management and/or wealth/investment management technology industries.
Deep knowledge in wealth and retail securities distribution business.
Ability to articulate details and demonstrate application to construct tactical and strategic business plan to develop and grow a business within the industry.
5+ years of relevant experience in the Asian wealth management financial industry.
Demonstrate robust experience in leveraging existing resource and knowledge to successful navigate and deepen influence at large organizations across all levels of stakeholders. Understand competing priorities and difference in views to help clients define and align their target business & operating model.
A goal-oriented and creative leader with strong credibility in the market. Ability to switch between tactical and strategic mindset in helping clients drive behavioral change of their advisors, maximizing returns from the power of Aladdin technology.
Demonstrate situational leadership to build and lead robust deal teams, operating across a large organization
Validated experience within retail sales and financial advisory practice with proven track record of in delivering commercial outcomes for both individual investors and wealth/securities firm.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence throughout the organization, validated through strong critical thinking and high interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and one other South East Asian Language and/or Mandarin
