The Aladdin Client Services (ACS) Team tackles the hardest, most sophisticated problems in FinTech. We utilize our in-depth understanding of Aladdin, our clients’ businesses, and the investment management process to provide world-class customer service to our rapidly growing, global client base. In this role, you will:

Solve client inquiries on, and develop expertise in, Aladdin’s trading functionalities across various asset classes

Work on understanding key requirements from traders, who are industry practitioners at some of the world’s most respected investment institutions, and develop custom and innovative solutions

 Use technology to solve problems – we will teach you the skills you need to succeed, such as maneuvering relational databases and parsing product logs

Educate users, leverage service insights, and relay user experience feedback to improve the customer experience and our product

Work on a global team, with a local presence – you will get to work with teams across the world, while still engaging with a vibrant local team

You have:

1+ years experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a trade support or trading platform support role

Familiarity with current trading technology, execution management and order management systems

 Basic understanding of financial product & instruments

An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and a positive attitude

Strong presentation skills and an ability to tailor approach to all corporate levels

Proficiency in technology, diagnosing root causes, and problem solving

Technical skills (SQL, UNIX, Python and PERL) are preferred but not necessary

You may have:

Served as a provider or market practitioner in the areas of portfolio management, trading, investment operations, investment accounting, risk management, or data warehousing

Experience with query languages and databases
