About this role
We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join our the PAG Analytics Content Management (ACM) Team to help support the ever-increasing demand for new interest rate financial models in Aladdin. ACM plays a coordinating role in defining product strategy, conceptualizing, designing, testing and deploying new capabilities, working closely with financial modelers, engineers, and product managers. You will also work with end-users and relationship managers to ensure that clients get the most out of Aladdin’s models and address client feedback appropriately.

Work closely with financial modeling group (FMG) to architect Next Generation Term Structure and advance existing models.
Design, implement, and rollout progressive and pre-release testing framework for new interest rate model.
Support deployment models into production and coordinate execution between analytic teams, development teams, and production operations to ensure successful delivery.
Provide thought leadership to help drive the agenda for financial model development by maintaining a good understanding of demand from clients and prospects. Keep abreast of market trends and their implications.
Provide subject matter expertise as a senior point of escalation for client inquiries and production challenges as well as through model documentation and calculation methodologies.
Work with client teams and business development to help deliver model-related presentations and pitches to clients and prospects.
6-10 years practical experience with major interest rate (IR) markets, including working knowledge of core IR non-derivatives and derivatives instruments as well as fluency in operational conventions.
Understanding of IR modeling principles and risk management applications.
Proficiency in analyzing modeling results; design and executing various testing strategies.
Ability to present to clients and prospects and relate their business needs to the Aladdin toolset in formal and informal settings.
Having a basic programming proficiency, including automating testing in Python or/and other programming languages.
Working knowledge of development life cycle, testing disciplines, and production deployment.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills (written and verbal), organizational skills, self-starter, and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to work well within a team structure in a fast-paced, hard-working environment CFA or FRM designation is a plus
