The Digital Offering Manager role is part of the Global User Experiences and Platforms team within BlackRock and reports into the Head of Digital Offering Management.

This individual will be responsible for defining, implementing, and championing digital transformation strategy and drive execution and results. This individual will partner closely with Marketing teams across BlackRock and with Design, Engineering and Platform teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience through digital platforms. As a result, the ideal profile for this position is someone who is equally adept in both working with marketing stakeholders and with product, design and engineering organizations to drive innovation, scale and business outcomes.  

As part of this role you will:

Lead the development of the digital transformation strategy in conjunction with regional and global stakeholders to drive brand and commercial outcomes
Engage directly with marketing stakeholders to develop business cases, roadmaps and operating plans to meet prioritized business objectives
Inspire and excite the Marketing function in BlackRock as well as the broader BlackRock business by demonstrating the linkage between great B2B user experiences and business outcomes
Work in multiple-disciplinary teams through lean, agile build-learn-adapt approaches
Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
Possess a broad base of skills and knowledge around digital marketing and the use of digital technologies, user experience design, engineering and lean development processes
Possess an entrepreneurial drive, while managing client needs and timeframes to broker complex relationships that evolve into real solution
Conduct regular monitoring of digital health metrics, understand trends, and key performance drivers to uncover and communicate actionable insights  

Your skill sets

6+ years’ experience in a digital marketing and/or digital experiences strategy
Have a successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver great marketing experiences preferably in large multi-product B2B companies
Have a successful track record of working with product and design teams from having deployed user-experiences at-scale
Have a successful track record of working with digital marketing teams and helping drive product vision, strategy and execution
Have exhibited relentless customer focus, and enjoy being a spokesperson for customers and prospects. You are comfortable engaging business stakeholders on key challenges and working backwards with platform, engineering and design to find solutions
Have operated well in unknown and uncertain environments, and enjoy crafting strategy, vision and driving execution in a highly structured and methodical way.
Have experience and interest in working in highly challenging multiple-stakeholder environments and have the collaborative-reflex to bring people together to find a common answer
Have experience in driving standardizing of processes, governance and ownership as an important element of attaining global scale through digital platforms
Have great awareness of web analytics and digital marketing best practices to move with speed without requiring detailed analysis
Enjoy taking a fast-paced MVP approach to problem-solving and leading cross-functional squads
Employ a “show rather than tell” leadership style to lead the team to better solutions, stronger team performance, and a healthy culture of collaboration
Digital experience visionary – capable of crafting bold strategies to challenge the status quo and inspiring stakeholders to come on the journey
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interface directly with internal clients
